​About Maureen

Maureen has over 25 years experience as a dietitian and has worked in a variety of clinical settings including public and private hospitals and specialist eating disorder units.   Before moving from Sydney in 2002, Maureen was involved in various research projects as part of her clinical work and has presented at conferences both in Australia and overseas.   

As well as working in private practice for most of her career, Maureen has worked in several eating disorder units both in Sydney and Melbourne.  She has been employed in a part time capacity at the Royal Women’s Hospital since 2003, and continues to very much enjoy her work in the area of women’s health. 

Maureen has a collaborative and holistic approach and her passion is in helping her clients develop or maintain a healthy relationship with food.

​Maureen is an Accredited Practising Dietitian
This accreditation is maintained by dietitians undertaking at least 30 hours of continuing professional development each year.  They must also adhere to the Code of Conduct and Ethics of the Dietitians Association of Australia
